些 = 二 + 此 : Marie Curie is too tired from climbing all the steps of the elevator, so in front of it, preparing for the descent, she couples a couple of capacitors to a couple of boots to automate them.

柴 = 木 + 此 : Charlie Chaplin (ch) found new boots (此) under the Christmas tree (木) in the airplane's kitchen (ai2) and is eager to try them out. He gets some firewood (柴), makes a fire and is amazed that with the boots he is able to walk over the fire. He is so amazed that he spontaneously walks all over the Christmas tree (like indicated in the character 柴).

紫 = 此 + 糸 : Zorro (z) needs some more special effects dust. To make it, he crushes a few amethysts (紫) in the space station (Ø3) by stomping on them with his boots (此). He then crafts a few bags out of a silken scarf (糸) to store the dust in.

觜 = 此 + 角 : Mnemonic symbol: Orion. Orion (觜) is making Zapatista Zebra (zu) lick his boots (此) which have horns (角) attached to their tips. If only he had a few mandarins to put these on the horns, but unfortunately there aren't any. Zapatista Zebra has to be extremely careful to not hurt his mouth (觜).

雌 = 此 + 隹 : The King of Chu (c) is wooing a female (雌) sparrow (隹) just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2). He knows that women like shoes, so he brought a pair of big and expensive boots (此), unfortunately much too large for the small female (雌) sparrow (隹).
