Maud Younger (y) forgot her keys to the space station (Ø1), all she brought outside was her flute (一). She has no choice but to crash the door with the giant flute.

扁 = 𠕁 + 户 : Brunhilde (bi) enters the anthill's living room (an3), shouts like a madwoman and stretches her fighting claw (𠕁) and wooden swinging door-shield (户) into the air. Everyone is very afraid and intuitively throws themselves flat (扁) onto the ground, but Brunhilde just wanted a drink.

楷 = 木 + 皆 : Karl Marx (k) wants to let everyone (皆) know that they should use regular script (楷), so he inscribes messages on all (皆) Christmas trees (木) in the airplane's living room (ai3) before dropping them off.

店 = 占 + 广 : Dorothy Gale (di) parachutes (广) into anthill's bathroom (an4). She immediately occupies it (marking the territory with a yellow umbrella (占)) to open her store (店).

广 = 亠 + 丿 : The English Wiktionary lists "canopy" as a possible meaning, and an example for a canopy is the upper part of a parachute. That's what I'll use to represent this character in other characters. The character 广 also kinda looks like a parachute with the canopy at the top and one of the strings at the side.

In the anglepod (ang3), Gitta Giraffe (gu) just invented the art of building a wide (广) parachute (广) out of berets (亠) and bananas (丿), using the berets as canopy (广) and banana peel as strings. Soon, this new sport spreads (广) all over the world as the new thing to do.

寝 = 宀 + 丬 + 彐 + 冖 + 又 : The Queen of Hearts (qi) just graduated and wants to lie down (寝) in the encampment's living room ((e)n3). She takes off her graduation cap (宀) and tosses it into one corner. She finds her bed has been destroyed into pieces of wood (丬) with a pig snout (彐) sticking out of the pile. She covers the pig snout with a saucepan lid (冖) and proceeds to lie down (寝) on a huge boxing glove (又) instead.
