小洞不堵，大洞難補

小 = 八 + 亅 : Mnemonic symbol: a small daisy. 小 looks like the stem 亅 of the flower is pushing aside the earth 八 as it grows out of the seed in the ground.

Xi Shi (xi) is decorating her hair with lots of small (小) daisies (mnemonic symbol for 小) in the aorta's living room (ao3). She wants to have lots of daisies in the future as well, so she plants new daisies. She found that the perfect substrate for planting daisies is made by crushing eight-balls (八) with a crow bar (亅).

洞 = 同 + 氵 : Doggy Dog (du) finds two twins (同) have fallen down the cave (洞) in the engine's bathroom ((e)ng4). He immediately begins to dig a tunnel to bring them a bottle of water (氵) until more help arrives.

不 = 丆 + 卜 : Bruno Bear (bu) is setting up a wind wheel (丆) with a voodoo staff (卜) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). He also puts a "forbidden" sign (mnemonic symbol for 不) on it, to make clear that it may not (不) be stopped.

堵 = 土 + 者 : Louis XIV (者) built castle walls (堵) out of dirt (土) in the space station (Ø3), but now since the passage through the space station is blocked (堵), every morning when Doggy Dog (du) commutes to work he gets stuck in a traffic jam (堵) caused by the castle walls.

大 = 一 + 人 : The big (大), huge (大) robot (mnemonic symbol for 大) is working out in the ashram's bathroom (a4). He's lifting a flute (一) to which Don Quixote (d) and Neanderthal man (人) are clinging.

难 = 又 + 隹 : Mnemonic symbol: a video game which is almost impossible to beat.

难 = 又 + 隹 : Just inside the anthill's kitchen, Napoleon and a sparrow are trying to beat an insanely difficult video game. After playing and failing all day long Napoleon finally loses his temper and crashes the game wearing two boxing gloves.

补 = 卜 + 衤 : Bruno Bear (bu) broke his voodoo staff (卜) inside of the space station (Ø3) and he has nothing available than a royal ermine coat (衤). His staff means much more to him than the coat though, so he rips the royal ermine coat into stripes to fix (补) the staff with the stripes used as bandages.
