秀外慧中

秀 = 乃 + 禾 : Mnemonic symbol: a talent show.

Marie Curie (xi) is preparing for her performance (秀) in a talent show (秀) in the outhouse's bathroom (ou4). She will be juggling lots of bowls of cereals (禾) without spilling the cereals. Her secret is that she convinced a poltergeist (乃) to help her, which will make itself invisible during the show and handle the cereals for her.

外 = 夕 + 卜 : There's a hole in the wall of the airplane's bathroom (ai4), and from outside (外), a bat (夕) wants to enter. Willy Walrus (w) is very afraid of bats, so he does his best to hinder the bat from entering with a voodoo staff (卜).

慧 = 彗 + 心 : Someone broke Helga Horse's (hu) heart (心) and shattered it all over the Eiffel Tower's floor (ei4). Helga Horse is very wise (慧) and knows not to fall into despair over it. She sweeps her heart together with a broom (彗), puts it together and prepares for a new start.

中 = 丨 + 口 : Mnemonic symbol: a dart board, because you always try to hit the center.

Julian Giant Squid (zhu-) is throwing dinosaur bones (丨) as darts on a dart board in front of the engine ((e)ng1). To make it a bit more difficult he's throwing mandarins (口) into the air as well and skewers them up right in the center (中 is a mandarin skewered on a dinosaur bone) in mid flight with the dinosaur bones. He's still able to consistently hit the center (中) of the dart board.
