有志者事竟成

有 = 𠂇 + 月 : Mnemonic symbol: confetti.

In an act of revolution, with a pair of scissors (𠂇) Maud Younger (y) is cutting a paper moon (月) into tiny pieces in the outhouse's living room (ou3). There is (有) only confetti (有) left over.

志 = 士 + 心 : Mnemonic symbol: a sticky note. James II of England (zh) writes down his poems on sticky notes (志) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). As he reads them to the bachelor (士), the bachelor is really moved by James II of England's ambitions (志) and wants to give James II of England his heart (心).

者 = ⺹ + 日 : Mnemonic symbol: the sun (日) is wearing a crown (⺹). This reminds me of Louis XIV, le Roi Soleil, the Sun King, which will thus be the mnemonic symbol for 者. The crown (⺹) wearing sun (日), the Sun King (者) and James II of England (zh) are taking part in a writing contest in the elevator's living room (e3) to see who of them is the best author (作者).

事 = 𠮛 + 彐 + 亅 : Mnemonic symbol: The thing.

事 = 𠮛 + 彐 + 亅 : Sherlock Holmes read a magic scroll in the bathroom of the space station. The scroll promised eternal love to anyone who reads it and wears a pig's nose while doing so, and Sherlock gave it a try. Now he summoned the thing, and he is scared to death! All he has to defend with is a crowbar. However, he never was in danger: Since he is wearing the pig snout, the thing thinks Sherlock is his mommy, and it just wants to cuddle.

竟 = 儿 + 音 : Mnemonic symbol: Jack in the Box.

Sun Wukong tells Joan of Arc to turn the handle of his Jack in the Box in the engine's bathroom. She does so and after turning for a bit a clown with a loudspeaker in each hand jumps out and surprises Joan of Arc. Unexpectedly, the loudspeakers play deafening loud unholy metal.

成 = 万 + 戈 : Mnemonic symbol: a progress bar stuck at 99%.

成 = 万 + 戈 : Charlie Chaplin is queuing at the engine's kitchen, which is blocked by a neuron until the progress bar above shows 100%. Unfortunately it has been stuck at 99% for two hours now. If it doesn't finish soon, Charlie will get completely mad and destroy the neuron himself with his spear.
