遂 = 丷 + 豕 + 辶 : Mnemonic symbol: hemiplegia (半身不遂).

The mean crocodile (丷) has been observing the swine (豕) try on its gladiator sandals (辶) in the Eiffel Tower's bathroom (ei4) for quite some time.
