孚 = 子 + 爫 : Mnemonic symbol: a wedding ring.

Frieda Fuchs (fu) wants to marry just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2). As a sign of her trust (孚) she puts a wedding ring (孚) around her eggs (子) and shaves (爫) them.

Because the moon has been gazed upon so much and therefore him being most experienced he volunteered to be the judge.
