飘忽不定

飘 = 票 + 风 : The aorta has become a world heritage site and now one has to purchase a very expensive ticket (票) to enter. Pocahontas (pi) got a ticket, and in front of the aorta (ao1) she's looking for it, but she cannot find it. It is because the wind (风) blew it away, and now it is floating (飘) on the water of a puddle right next to her.

忽 = 勿 + 心 : Helga Horse (hu) got new bat wings (勿) and carelessly (忽) flies around in front of the space station (Ø1). Suddenly (忽) she realizes there's no oxygen to breathe and the shock is enough to have her heart (心) nearly jump out of her chest.

不 = 丆 + 卜 : Bruno Bear (bu) is setting up a wind wheel (丆) with a voodoo staff (卜) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). He also puts a "forbidden" sign (mnemonic symbol for 不) on it, to make clear that it may not (不) be stopped.

定 = 宀 + 下 + 人 : "to fix": duct tape. Somebody wanted to tease Dorothy Gale and taped a graduation cap to her head. Neanderthal Man tries to help her by levering the cap off with a ladder in the engine's bathroom.
