退耕還林

退 = 艮 + 辶 : Tommy Turtle (tu) recently retired (退) and retreated (退) into the Eiffel Tower's bathroom (ei4). There he just wears gladiator sandals (辶), blows chewing gum bubbles (艮) and ponders the sense of life.

耕 = 井 + 耒 : Guy Fawkes (g) is plowing (耕) the snow in front of the engine ((e)ng1) with a snow plow (耒). Specifically he is creating paths between the various wells (井) which serve as secret entrances to his underground network.

还 = 不 + 辶 : Hamlet sees an early exhibit of king Leonidas' gladiator sandals in the airplane's kitchen. However, the exhibition is still not set up but in the progress of being set up, so there's a big sign showing that it's forbidden to touch the sandals.

林 = 木 : Li Qingzhao (li) wants to plant a small forest (林) in the encampment's kitchen ((e)n2). She already put up two Christmas trees (木).
