蓬 = 艹 + 逢 : Pinocchio (p) is waiting for his blind date (逢) in the engine's kitchen ((e)ng2), but unfortunately there is a lot of disheveled (蓬) artificial lawn (艹) lying around which destroys the otherwise nice atmosphere.

She instantly grabs as many bottles of water (氵) as she can to replenish the river and calls 911 for help, but first has to answer the "w"-questions what? / where? / why? (奚).
