杰 = 木 + 灬 : Joan of Arc (ji) died as a hero (杰) just inside the elevator's kitchen (e2), tied to a Christmas tree (木), burning on a grill (灬).

西 = 兀 + 囗 : The wild west is largely recognized by the symbol of the cowboy hat.

西 = 兀 + 囗 : Marie Curie has gone crazy from the loneliness in space. In front of the space station, she sits inside of a large wooden box, wearing a cowboy hat and playing a 胡兀尔 fiddle, thinking that she's participating in a square dance in the wild west.

卡 = 上 + 卜 : Protesting against capitalism in the ashram (a3), Karl Marx (k) attaches everyone's credit cards (卡) to balloons (上) to send them up (上) and away. He uses a voodoo staff (卜) to summon winds to carry the balloons away.
