自相残杀

自 = 丶 + 目 : Mnemonic symbol: a hand mirror, which someone uses to look at themselves.

The Eye of Providence (目) is looking at itself (自) in a handheld mirror (自) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). It think it's indeed looking very good, since Zorro (z) attached a petal (丶) to its eye (目).

相 = 木 + 目 : Mnemonic symbol: I take "eye" and "tree" as resembling an ent, an alive tree. Xi Shi (xi) portrays (相) an ent (相) in the anglepod's bathroom (ang4). Unfortunately she's really bad at painting, and her portrait resembles more a Christmas tree (木). The Eye of Providence (目) enters and, just from the shape of the Christmas Tree, instantly recognizes its own portrait (相).

残 = 戋 + 歹 : The King of Chu (c) invited the wicked witch (歹) to try his floating tank (戋) in the anthill's kitchen (an2) and without waiting he pushed the wicked witch in and closed the lid. After a while he checked on her and found to only the complete tank, but also the wicked witch absolutely ruined (残).

杀 = 乂 + 朩 : Sherlock Holmes (sh) is messing around with a sewage pipe sticking out of the floor (朩) in front of the ashram (a1) using pliers (乂). To reduce (杀) the marks he left he is trying to rub them off with an eraser (杀).
