薄 = 艹 + 溥 : Beelzebub (b) has Pu Yi (溥) mince some kind of green stuff and then press it through a delicate membrane (薄) in the observatory's kitchen (o2). Beelzebub told him that it will be a special food, but he didn't tell him that in reality he is just mincing artificial lawn (艹). He is really looking down (薄) on the child for being so weak (薄).

Petra is especially concerned that he won't drink enough, so she put up bulletin boards (尃) with pictures of water bottles (氵) on them everywhere. The space station is pervaded (溥) by water bottles floating everywhere so that Pu Yi can always drink something, no matter where he is.
