洛 = 各 + 氵 : Lenny Lemur (lu) is playing around with a water bottle (氵) in the observatory's bathroom (o4). It is a very special water bottle: it has the shape of a star (各). Thus, the crane flies to earth with the daisy in his beak, just like a peace dove.
