币 = 丿 + 巾 : Brunhilde (bi) wants to take a shower in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). Wearing only a towel (巾) she is fiddling with the coin (币) operated switch. She is to greedy to use a real coin, so she inserts a fake one. The machine detects the fake coin though and instead of water there are bananas (丿) coming out of the shower head.

巾 = 丨 + 冂 : Joan of Arc has smuggled a dinosaur bone out of the encampment. To hide it, she covered it in maps and towels.

敝 = 米 + 冂 + 攵 : Mnemonic symbol: a pair of old worn-out shoes.

Brunhilde (bi) has been on a treasure hunt for weeks now because she found an old map (冂). For her hunt she brought a sack of rice (米) which she already more or less used up. After digging up the floor of the space station's bathroom (Ø40) with a sledgehammer (攵) at the point indicated on the map, she finally finds the treasure: a pair of old worn-out shoes (敝) which were incredibly valuable to the owner, but are worthless for Brunhilde.
