吉 = 口 + 士 : Mnemonic symbol: "Giga" stems from a Greek word for "giant", so I'll represent 吉 by a giant.

吉 = 口 + 士 : The giant just arrived at the space station and is very hungry. In each hand he holds Joan of Arc and the bachelor captive and robs them for their mandarins which he longs for.

亼 = 一 + 人 : This one looks like a pointed cap.

Joan of Arc (ji) is going to have her first day of school the next day. During the night she sneaked into the space station's kitchen (Ø2) and found a pointed cap (亼) filled with sweets, which she starts eating immediately.

即 = 卩 + 艮 : Just inside the entrance to the space station, Joan of Arc babysits the baby seal. Joan of Arc blows big bubbles of chewing gum, and to one of them she attached a controller. With the controller the baby seal can control in which direction the bubble floats, which it does promptly.

疾 = 疒 + 矢 : Joan of Arc (ji) got a colorful rash (疒) and dysentery (疾) on a trip outside of the space station. As soon as she re-entered the space station, she darts (矢) through the space station's entrance (Ø2) towards the restroom.

嫉 = 女 + 疾 : Just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2) Joan of Arc (ji) is very jealous (嫉) of Bessy Coleman (女) because Bessy does not suffer from dysentery (疾) like Joan of Arc does.

集 = 木 + 隹 : The eight most important sparrows (隹) in the world hold a very exclusive gatherig just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2). Joan of Arc (ji) also wants to join, so she pretends to be a sparrow and sits atop the Christmas tree (木) like the other sparrows.

及 = ㇏ + 乃 : Just inside the space station's entrance a poltergeist is harassing Joan of Arc and Yuwen Huaji by pointing with his fingers at them.

及 = ㇏ + 乃 : Mnemonic symbol: Chinese General 宇文化及 (yu3 wen2 hua4 ji2) from the seventh century.

级 = 及 + 纟 : Joan of Arc (ji) closely investigates her newly arrived troops just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2). She ranks (级) them according to their level (级): First there is a silk worm (纟) which can at least shapeshift. On the next level, there is Yuwen Huaji (及), who has no comparable super power.

极 = 及 + 木 : As Joan of Arc (ji) and Yuwen Huaji (及) pass over the north pole (及) at Christmas just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2) they decide to celebrate this moment by having a little contest. Between them there is a rather large Christmas tree (木) and they decide that whoever climbs to its top (极) first is the winner.

急 = 刍 + 心 : Joan of Arc just arrived at the space station and although she has to go to the bathroom very urgently, she first has to clear the way of a big fluffy heart using a lawn mower.

耤 = 耒 + 昔 : Mnemonic symbol: a plowed field. Joan of Arc (ji) is planting milk shakes (昔) in a plowed field (耤) in the space station's kitchen (Ø2) after she plowed the field with a snow plow (耒).

籍 = ⺮ + 耤 : Joan of Arc (ji) just arrived at the space station and has to register (籍) in the kitchen (Ø2). Her duty on the space station will be to plow a field (耤) using a bamboo stick (⺮).

辑 = 咠 + 车 : Ever since Joan of Arc (ji) obtained a talking cabriolet (车) it has been whispering (咠) into her ear ever since.
