堅韌不拔

坚 = 収 + 土 : Joan of Arc (ji) built a strong (坚) and sturdy (坚) burrow out of dirt (土) in front of the anthill (an1). She even equipped it with a strong (坚) radio (収) to keep contact with her troops.

韧 = 刃 + 韦 : Robinson Crusoe (r) got a brand new zweihänder (刃). In order not to hurt himself during his first practice in the encampment's bathroom ((e)n4) he also got a pair of very durable (韧) and strong (韧) soft leather gloves (韦).

不 = 丆 + 卜 : Bruno Bear (bu) is setting up a wind wheel (丆) with a voodoo staff (卜) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). He also puts a "forbidden" sign (mnemonic symbol for 不) on it, to make clear that it may not (不) be stopped.

拔 = 扌 + 犮 : Beelzebub (b) has been enchained in the ashram's kitchen (a2), but someone came by and pulled him out (拔) using a toy claw (扌). After Beelzebub was freed he instantly gets the zoomies (犮) out of joy.
