漫 = 曼 + 氵 : Mahatma Gandhi (m) and Nelson Mandela (曼) just escaped the death cell. To celebrate their newly won unrestrained (漫) freedom, they toast with bottles of water (氵) in the anthill's bathroom (an4).

漶 = 患 + 氵 : Helga Horse has a heart attack in the anthill's bathroom! She has a bottle of medicine with her, but unfortunately, the label is indecipherable, and she doesn't know what medicine it actually is.
