是 = 旦 + 龰 : Mnemonic symbol: a skull, from "to be or not to be".

Sherlock Holmes (sh) starts his day in the space station's bathroom (Ø4) with a mug of coffee (旦). Holding a skull (mnemonic symbol for 是) in his hands, he asks himself "to be, or not to be" (是). He wonders if he can make the skull come back to life using lots of coffee, and injects coffee from his mug into the skull using a syringe (龰).

是 = 日 + 下 + 人 : Mnemonic symbol: a skull, from "to be or not to be".

Sherlock Holmes (sh) watches the Neanderthal Man (人) trying to climb to the sun (日) on a ladder (下) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). Sherlock is afraid that he'll open the window, so he puts on a big skull (是) and scares him off.

非 = 三 + 丿 + 丨 : Mnemonic symbol: a negative film (photography)

非 = 三 + 丿 + 丨 : Frankenstein's monster made an effort to photograph the Eiffel Tower, but now his negative is a big mess. In front of the tower her set up a camera on a Cartesian coordinate system as a tripod, and he attached a banana and a dinosaur bone to the camera so that he can finely tune the angles. All was for naught as he now holds the messed up negative in his hands.

自 = 丶 + 目 : A hand mirror, which someone uses to look at her- or himself. The Eye of Providence is looking at itself in a handheld mirror in the space station's bathroom. It think it's indeed looking very good, since Zorro attached a petal leaf to its eyes.

有 = 𠂇 + 月 : Mnemonic symbol: confetti.

In an act of revolution, with a pair of scissors (𠂇) Maud Younger (y) is cutting a paper moon (月) into tiny pieces in the outhouse's living room (ou3). There is (有) only confetti (有) left over.

公 = 八 + 厶 : Mnemonic symbol from 公交车: a (magic) bus.

公 = 八 + 厶 : Gitta Giraffe has to deliver 100 eight balls to engine driving a magic bus. She is driving in front of the engine and because the load is so heavy, she is driving very slowly. Additionally, she tried to decrease the wind resistance by installing a large fake nose at the front of the bus.

论 = 仑 + 讠 : Lenny Lemur (lu) finds an advertising column (讠) in the encampment's bathroom ((e)n4) and on it a discussion (论) of his blackcurrant wine (仑). The discussion (论) is very negative and so Lenny angrily throws blackcurrants at it, messing up the ad.
