攝護腺腫大

摄 = 扌 + 聂 : Sherlock Holmes (sh) wants to take a selfie (摄) in the elevator's bathroom (e4), so he holds his phone with a toy claw (扌) in front of him. He has no way to press a button or the like, so he has to use voice activation. He doesn't want to loose his smile while taking the photo, so he tries whispering (摄) to the phone without moving his lips.

护 = 户 + 扌 : Helga Horse (hu) feels that she has to protect (护) the inhabitants of the space station. In the bathroom (Ø4) she equips herself with a wooden swinging door (户) as a shield and a toy claw (扌) as a weapon.

肿 = 中 + 月 : The moon (月) and Julian Giant Squid (zhu) are playing darts inside of the engine ((e)ng3). Right in his first turn Julian Giant Squid doesn't hit the dart board (中), but instead hits the moon's eye which starts swelling (肿) and develops into a tumor (肿).

大 = 一 + 人 : The big (大), huge (大) robot (mnemonic symbol for 大) is working out in the ashram's bathroom (a4). He's lifting a flute (一) to which Don Quixote (d) and Neanderthal man (人) are clinging.
