核聚變

核 = 亥 + 木 : Hamlet (h) is unpacking the presents he found under the Christmas tree (木) in the elevator's kitchen (e2). He found lots of walnuts (核), but he doesn't know whether there are kernels or stones (核) inside. Fortunately he also unpacked a boar (亥) which sniffs at the walnuts and, after the careful examination (核), tells Hamlet what's inside.

聚 = 乑 + 取 : Zeus (ju) and the evil caterpillar twin (乑) found two bloody ears (取) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). They fuse (聚) them to the caterpillar's head so that finally she is able to hear.

变 = 亦 + 又 : In anthill's bathroom the also-ran is sparring with Brunhilde. In her mind she imagines changing into a boxing grizzly bear.

变 = 亦 + 又 : I think 变 does look like a grizzly bear with a beret. 又 is the snout, and the two eyes are the two strokes of 八.
