血淋淋

血 = 丶 + 皿 : Mnemonic symbol: blood transfusion.

Xu Xian hurt himself and needs to get a blood transfusion in the elevator's bathroom. He found a petal leaf as donor, which is bleeding droplets into a bowl; Xu Xian gets the blood from the bowl as infusion using some tubes.

淋 = 林 + 氵 : Li Qingzhao (li) is watering the forest (林) just inside the encampment's kitchen ((e)n2) by sprinkling (淋) water out of a water bottle (氵).

淋 = 林 + 氵 : Li Qingzhao (li) is suffering from gonorrhea (淋) and strangury (淋). She is frequently visiting the woods (林) in the encampment's bathroom ((e)n4) and afterwards she is using a bottle of water (氵) to clean herself since she can't use paper anymore.
