纏綿不已

缠 = 纟 + 广 + 里 : Just as Charlie Chaplin (ch) entered the anthill (an2) he gets entangled (缠) into a mass of parachuting (广) silk worms (纟) which throw sunflowers (里) at him. Charlie Chaplin thinks that the silk worms are quite annoying (缠).

不 = 丆 + 卜 : Bruno Bear (bu) is setting up a wind wheel (丆) with a voodoo staff (卜) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). He also puts a "forbidden" sign (mnemonic symbol for 不) on it, to make clear that it may not (不) be stopped.

已 = ㇖ + 一 + 乚 : Kinda looks like a dredger. Maud Younger wants to dig a tunnel from the space station to earth, so she already used a dredger to dig up the walls just inside the space station. Unfortunately there are a lot of flutes built into the wall, and the dredger is of no use here, so she had to stop. Instead she then has to use a shovel and a sickle to scratch the flutes free and lever them out afterwards.
