Someone broke Helga Horse's (hu) heart (心) and shattered it all over the Eiffel Tower's floor (ei4). Helga Horse is very wise (慧) and knows not to fall into despair over it. She sweeps her heart together with a broom (彗), puts it together and prepares for a new start.
