于 = 亅 + 二 : Mnemonic symbol: prepositions (in, at, on, to, ...) are what glue the sentence together. Honey is as sticky as glue, so I'll represent 于 by a honey jar.

Yu the Great (于) was assigned to repair the electronics of the space station's kitchen (Ø2), but instead he was snacking honey from a honey jar (于). Unfortunately his capacitor (二) got stuck in the honey and now he has to use a crowbar (亅) to lever it out.

Yu the Great (yu) is selling flutes (一) in front of the elevator (e1). He has a whole box (囗) of them, and he's advertising them by using a microphone (曰).

Yu the Great (yu) and Martin Luther King (王) invented some kind of wrestling sport in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). Both fighters have to be restrained by large jade bracelets (玉) around their body restricting their arms to be aligned to the body. Then they fight. To make things safe they stuffed the space station's bathroom (Ø4) with cosy petals (丶) so that they won't hurt themselves.

吁 = 于 + 口 : Yu the Great (yu) wants to stick a mandarin (口) into a honey jar (于) and eat it, but in the space station's bathroom (Ø4) the mandarin is appealing (吁) to her to not do it.

月 = ⺆ + 二 : Yu the Great (yu) is modelling a moon (月) in the elevator's bathroom (e4). He uses a stapler (⺆) to staple a lot of capacitors (二) together to form a moon shape, while the real moon is sitting for him.

用 = 丨 + 月 : Mnemonic symbol: a first aid kit. Can you see the cross on the container?

用 = 丨 + 月 : Yu the Great hurt her leg when she slipped in the engine's bathroom. The moon helps her to splint her leg using the bathroom's first aid kit and a dinosaur bone.

佣 = 亻 + 用 : Yu the Great and Rosa Luxemburg are lying hurt on the ground in front of the engine, and a servant of the engine uses his first aid kit to help them until the ambulance arrives.

誉 = 兴 + 言 : Yu the Great (yu) wants to increase the star fish' (兴) reputation (誉). In the space station's bathroom (Ø4) she is announcing surprising facts about star fish with a megaphone (言).

羽 = 习 : Yu the Great is studying the structure of a feather inside the space station.

晕 = 军 + 日 : The sun (日) was driving Yu the Great (yu) around in its cabriolet (军) in front of the encampment ((e)n1), but Yu the Great got car sick (晕) and almost had to puke if it weren't for the sun pressing a cooking top (军) against her mouth.

宇 = 于 + 宀 : Yu the Great (yu) just earned her PhD in the space station (Ø3) and is proudly putting on her graduation cap (宀). She was measuring cosmic (宇) rays by investigating the traces they left in a honey jar (于) and is demonstrating her experiment for the camera.

岳 = 丘 + 山 : Yu the Great (yu) buried his wife's parents and paternal uncles (岳) in the elevator's bathroom (e4). For each of them he set up a small mound (丘), and his wife's parents got the highest peak of the mountain ridge (岳). It was very hard for him to pile up the mounds because he used a fork (山) to do so.
