租 = 且 + 禾 : Zapatista Zebra (zu) started a new business in front of the space station (Ø1). It consists of a shelf (且) with many cereal bowls (禾) which anyone can rent (租). So far he's very unsuccessful though, maybe because of the poor choice of his store's location.

且 = 目 + 一 : Mnemonic symbol: to me the character 且 looks like a shelf.

The Queen of Hearts (qi) bought a new shelf (且) for all her flutes (一) and set it up in the elevator's living room (e3). Because she is a queen (qi) and needs an extravagant shelf, she installed several Eye of Providences (目) to give the flutes extravagant lighting.

禾 = 丿 + 木 : Mnemonic symbol: a bowl of cereals.

Hamlet (h) made himself a bowl of cereals (禾) with bananas (丿) and Christmas trees (木) in the elevator's kitchen (e2). He holds the bowl of cereals like he would hold Yorick's skull.
