Mnemonic comic for 丿

才 = 一 + 亅 + 丿 : Mnemonic symbol: from "ability / talent", the special ability of X-ray vision.

The King of Chu (c) has been bitten by a X-ray tube and has gained the special ability (才) of X-ray vision. In the airplane's kitchen (ai2), he holds a banana (丿) in each hand; through his x-ray vision ability, he is able to see that in one of them there's a crowbar (亅) hidden, in the other one a flute (一).

刀 = ㇆ + 丿 : Mnemonic symbol: 刀 looks like a cleaver (while 刂 looks like a kitchen knife).

Don Quixote (d) serves his good deed of the day in front of the aorta (ao1). In order to feed the people, he uses a plow (㇆) to dig up bananas (丿), and cuts them into slices with a broad cleaver (刀).

勹 = 丿 + ㇆ : 勹 looks like an elephant: 丿 looks like the edge of the ear and ㇆ looks like the head and trunk.

Beelzebub (b) rides an elephant in front of the aorta (ao1), turning the soil with a plow (㇆). Lots of bananas (丿) are revealed in the turned earth.

勿 = 丿 + 勹 : Mnemonic symbol from the shape of the character: bat wings. The 丿 strokes look like the fingers of a single bat wing.

The elephant (勹) wants to eat a banana (丿) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4), but Willy Walrus (w) suddenly flies by (using bat wings (勿)), snatches the banana away and shouts "do not!" (勿)

身 = 自 + 丿 : Mnemonic symbol: a bodysuit.

Sherlock Holmes (sh) tries on his new bodysuit (身) in front of the encampment ((e)n1). To see himself better in his hand mirror (自), he uses a banana (丿) as a selfie stick.

𠂉 = 丿 + 一 : Mnemonic symbol: 𠂉 looks like a key.

Imagine a banana you can't open without putting a key into each of the holes of a flute which is painted on its peel.

井 = 二 + 丿 + 丨 : Joan of Arc (ji) is digging a well (井) inside the engine ((e)ng3). At first she was doing it by hand, but then she hooked up a capacitor (二) to a banana (丿) and a dinosaur bone (丨), which dig for her using the electrical energy.

千 = 丿 + 十 : The Queen of Hearts dropped a kilo on her banana in front of the anthill, and now she uses a cross to try and revive it.
