人之初，性本善

人 = 丿 + ㇏ : Mnemonic symbol: Neanderthal Man (人). Robinson Crusoe (r-) is looking for snacks in the encampment's kitchen (-en2) when he suddenly spots Neanderthal Man (人). Neanderthal Man offers him a banana (丿), but Robinson Crusoe doesn't trust the present and pokes it with a finger (㇏).

之 = 丶 + Z : Mnemonic symbol: Sooo sleepy... "zZz" (the character looks like a "Z"). James II of England (zh) fell asleep in front of the space station (Ø1). He sleeps on a big petal leaf (丶), making loud "zZz" (之) sounds.

初 = 刀 + 衤 : Back in the days when Chantal Chicken first arrived at the space station as the first junior scientist, she tried really hard to make a good first impression and put on a royal ermine coat. Just to be save she hid a cleaver behind her back just in case she wouldn't be received well.

性 = 忄 + 生 : Marie Curie had a strong character since she was little. Even in her cradle in the engine's bathroom she was only playing with a flail.

本 = 一 + 木 : Beelzebub finds a Christmas tree in the encampment and feels like eating its roots. He uses a flute to chop the roots right off.

善 = 业 + 口 + 羊 : Mnemonic symbol: a good book about etiquette.

Sherlock Holmes (sh) finds a bullfrog (业) and a sheep (羊) fighting viciously over a mandarin (口) in the anthill's bathroom (an4). He finds this behaviour unbearable and starts to read Emily Post to them to teach them some manners (善).
