挑 = 兆 + 扌 : In front of the aorta (ao1) Mother Teresa (ti) is carrying two vultures (兆) on a toy claw (扌) used as shoulder stick (挑).

毛 = 丿 + 二 + 乚 : Mahatma Gandhi finally found a way to get some hair again: Just inside the aorta's kitchen, he used a shovel to dig up several Cartesian coordinate systems. He rejoices, because finally his dream of being a punk once again can finally come true.

剔 = 刂 + 易 : Mother Teresa (ti) is picking her teeth (剔) in front of the space station (Ø1) with a kitchen knife (刂). She got something stuck in her teeth but it should be easy (易) to remove since it is only a puzzle consisting of two pieces (易).

刺 = 刂 + 朿 : The King of Chu (c) got a thorn (刺) stuck in his chest, and he cannot pull it out because it broke off and the tip is deep under the skin. He has no other choice but to use a kitchen knife (刂) to cut it out in the space station's bathroom (Ø4), but he slips and accidentally stabs himself (朿).
