弄巧反拙

When she arrived a big chocolate (巧) house, reinforced using steel beams (工), was about to melt and collapse. Just at the right time the Queen of Hearts put a huge breathing mask (丂) under the collapsing structure to collect the chocolate, filter it with the mask and reuse it.

反 = ⺁ + 又 : A protester (mnemonic symbol for 反) makes a racket in the anthill's living room (an3). He's got a huge banana tree (⺁) with him and wants to protest against the exploitation of banana farm workers. Frankenstein's Monster (f) is annoyed by him and punches him with a boxing glove (又).

拙 = 出 + 扌 : Julian Giant Squid (zhu) wants to use the emergency exit (出) in front of the observatory (o1), but it has to be operated using eight toy claws (扌) at the same time. Julian Giant Squid is just too clumsy (拙) to do so and so he is unable to open the emergency exit door.
