庸人自扰

庸 = 广 + 用 + 肀 : Yu the Great (yu) crashes with her parachute (广) in front of the engine ((e)ng1) and breaks her leg. Luckily she finds a first aid kit (用) right away, but inside there is just an ordinary (庸) crayon (肀) which she has no use (庸) for.

人 = 丿 + ㇏ : Mnemonic symbol: Neanderthal Man (人). Robinson Crusoe (r-) is looking for snacks in the encampment's kitchen (-en2) when he suddenly spots Neanderthal Man (人). Neanderthal Man offers him a banana (丿), but Robinson Crusoe doesn't trust the present and pokes it with a finger (㇏).

自 = 丶 + 目 : A hand mirror, which someone uses to look at her- or himself. The Eye of Providence is looking at itself in a handheld mirror in the space station's bathroom. It think it's indeed looking very good, since Zorro attached a petal leaf to its eyes.

扰 = 尤 + 扌 : Robinson Crusoe (r) is just about to receive a medal (尤) for his life achievements in the aorta (ao3), but there is someone constantly disturbing (扰) him by bugging him with a toy claw (扌).
