小麦胚芽

小 = 八 + 亅 : Mnemonic symbol: a small daisy. 小 looks like the stem 亅 of the flower is pushing aside the earth 八 as it grows out of the seed in the ground.

Xi Shi (xi) is decorating her hair with lots of small (小) daisies (mnemonic symbol for 小) in the aorta's living room (ao3). 芽 = 艹 + 牙 : Maud Younger (y) put the wisdom tooth (牙) she recently lost on a sheet of artificial lawn (艹) in the ashram's kitchen (a2). The artificial lawn is supposed to act as nurturing substrate, and indeed, the next day the wisdom tooth is already germinating (芽) and developed a new bud (芽).
