奥 = 大 + 宩 : Albert Einstein (Ø) is taking part in the Olympics (奥) in the aorta's bathroom (ao4). He and the other athletes are using a huge graduation cap (宩) as trampoline to jump over as many bags of rice (宩) as possible.
