单 = 丷 + 田 + 十 : In front of the anthill there are many, really a field of crosses because Don Quixote killed so many people on his crusades. Today is his judgement day: a mean crocodile reads the list of his victims to him, and Don Quixote is really 不好意思.

链 = 连 + 钅 : Li Qingzhao (li) has been kidnapped and chained down (连) in the anthill's bathroom (an4). Luckily she has a tiny golden harpoon (钅) as a necklace (链) around her neck which she is able to pick up with her mouth, and with which she is able to pick the lock.
