哑巴亏

哑 = 亚 + 口 : Maud Younger (y) is having the worst lunch of her life in the ashram (a3). It consists of a rotten mandarin (口) and sour mapo doufu (亚). After finishing her lunch she is so disgusted that she turns mute (哑) for several days.

巴 = 巳 + 丨 : The snake found a sweet and sticky lollipop in front if the ashram. Just as she is about to lick it, Beelzebub turns it into a large dinosaur bone, laughing at the snake, the lollipop in his hands.

亏 = 二 + ㇉ : Mnemonic symbol: a lucky leprechaun. The leprechaun (亏) wants to propose to Karl Koala (ku) and uses the romantic moment in front of the Eiffel Tower (ei1). Unfortunately he has no ring, so he uses a capacitor (二) of which he bent the legs to build a ring. He's quite lucky (亏), because right after he gives the ring to Karl, a lightning bolt (㇉) strikes and hits poor Karl Koala. Had the leprechaun kept the ring, the lightning bolt would have hit him instead.
