反杜林论

反 = ⺁ + 又 : A protester (mnemonic symbol for 反) makes a racket in the anthill's living room (an3). He's got a huge banana tree (⺁) with him and wants to protest against the exploitation of banana farm workers. Frankenstein's Monster (f) is annoyed by him and punches him with a boxing glove (又).

杜 = 土 + 木 : Doggy Dog (du) finds that there is a Christmas tree (木) growing out of the dirt (土) in the space stations bathroom (Ø4). With a sigh he nips the tree in the bud (杜) and stops (杜) it from growing while it is still small.

林 = 木 : Li Qingzhao (li) wants to plant a small forest (林) in the encampment's kitchen ((e)n2). She already put up two Christmas trees (木).

论 = 仑 + 讠 : Lenny Lemur (lu) finds an advertising column (讠) in the encampment's bathroom ((e)n4) and on it a discussion (论) of his blackcurrant wine (仑). The discussion (论) is very negative and so Lenny angrily throws blackcurrants at it, messing up the ad.
