免 = ⺈ + 口 + 儿 : Mnemonic symbol: 免责说明, a disclaimer.

Marilyn Monroe and the crane are on a date in the anthill. 疫 = 殳 + 疒 : Maud Younger (y) was supposed to fight an epidemic (疫) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4), but all she got was a halberd (殳). Very soon she got a colorful rash (疒) herself, but she still stands guard in the bathroom and forces everyone to wash their hands regularly.

系 = 丿 + 糸 : Mnemonic symbol: As this is the second character in 关系 (guanxi), I'll use shaking hands as the symbol for 系.
