Napoleon and the moon lost their minds in the aorta and put their brains in the middle of the room. Now they're dancing around their brains in a weird ceremony. The moon put on a vicious demon mask and Napoleon is wearing a way too large beret while they dance around their brains.

The moon (月) and Julian Giant Squid (zhu) are playing darts inside of the engine ((e)ng3). Right in his first turn Julian Giant Squid doesn't hit the dart board (中), but instead hits the moon's eye which starts swelling (肿) and develops into a tumor (肿).

Li Qingzhao (li) called her doctor because she has a strange colorful rash (疒). Just inside the outhouse's kitchen (ou2) she finds her doctor has left her a message on her answering machine (留). Listening to the message she finds out that she has a very rare tumor (瘤).
