瘋牛病

疯 = 疒 + 风 : Frankenstein's Monster (f) spent too much time in the wind (风) in front of the engine ((e)ng1). The wind carried some mad cow disease (疯) viruses to him, and now he does not only have a colorful rash (疒), but he is also going crazy (疯).
