抑且

抑 = 卬 + 扌 : Erich Honecker (卬) is trying to keep Maud Younger (y) down (抑) with a toy claw (扌) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4), but soon Maud will end his rule.

且 = 目 + 一 : Mnemonic symbol: to me the character 且 looks like a shelf.

The Queen of Hearts (qi) bought a new shelf (且) for all her flutes (一) and set it up in the elevator's living room (e3). Because she is a queen (qi) and needs an extravagant shelf, she installed several Eye of Providences (目) to give the flutes extravagant lighting.
