切中時弊

切 = 七 + 刀 : The Queen of Hearts is ready to cut and slice anything and anybody: She's holding a seven-branched laser sword and a cleaver in her hands in front of the elevator.

中 = 丨 + 口 : Mnemonic symbol: a dart board, because you always try to hit the center.

Julian Giant Squid (zhu-) is throwing dinosaur bones (丨) as darts on a dart board in front of the engine ((e)ng1). To make it a bit more difficult he's throwing mandarins (口) into the air as well and skewers them up right in the center (中 is a mandarin skewered on a dinosaur bone) in mid flight with the dinosaur bones. He's still able to consistently hit the center (中) of the dart board.

时 = 寸 + 日 : Mnemonic symbol: a giant pocket watch.

The sun (日) asks Sherlock Holmes (sh) out for a coffee in the space station's kitchen (Ø2). Looking at his pocket watch (时), Sherlock sees he has time, winks and "thumbs up" (寸).

弊 = 敝 + 廾 : Brunhilde (bi) was running a fraudulent (弊) business in the space station's bathroom (Ø4) where she would sell overpriced old, worn-out shoes (敝) to unsuspecting victims. She was found out though and is right about to be taken into custody with her hands cuffed (廾).
