The imperator (阝) is very satisfied with Sir Lancelot's (l) deeds. In the anglepod's kitchen (ang2) he gives him a thank you card (良) and a franc (郎) as a bonus. His minister (郎), 二郎 (郎), is very jealous though, so he snatches the franc away as Sir Lancelot wants to fetch it.

The moon (月) presents a thank you very much-card (良) to Lancelot (l) in the anglepod (ang3). The moon used luminous stone from his front surface, and so Lancelot is blinded by the very bright (朗) light which shines towards him as he opens the card.
