芦 = 艹 + 户 : Lenny Lemur (lu) is growing reed (芦) just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2). His garden has a nice wooden swinging door (户) and the soil consists of shredded artificial lawn (艹).

竹 = 𠂉 + 丨 + 亅 : Julian Giant Squid (zhu) is weaving a bamboo basket (竹) in the space station's kitchen (Ø2). He is using a key (𠂉), a dinosaur bone (丨) and a crowbar (亅) as basis structure and connects the three stays by weaving soft bamboo (竹) around them.

乡 = 幺 + 丿 : Mnemonic symbol: a tractor.

乡 = 幺 + 丿 : Marie Curie's tractor got stuck in a pile of bananas in front of the anglepod, with the wheels spinning helplessly. Her last hope is that she'll be able to free the tractor by pushing aces under the wheels, so that she can bring the tractor back to her hometown.
