The sage (尊) is walking Doggie Dog (du) in front of the encampment ((e)n1) when suddenly Doggie Dog has to use the toilet. He cannot just shit on Tiananmen square because the fine would be astronomic. The sage makes a wise decision in giving Doggy Dog his left cowboy boot (⻊) which Doggy Dog uses like a squat (蹲) toilet.
