Mnemonic symbol: let’s say this one looks like a friendly caterpillar. The many 丿 strokes to the left are the legs, the 亅 stroke is the body and the two strokes to the right (丿 and ㇏) are two of many hairs.

The friendly caterpillar is crawling all over a banana (丿) eating it, but there are many fingers (㇏) and crowbars (亅) trying to push it away.

In case your browser doesn't display this character (mine doesn't): it looks like 豕 without "一" at the top. This character is never used on its own, but it serves as a component for a few other characters, which then are in turn components for many semi-frequent characters. Since it's never used on its own, it doesn't have a pronunciation to go with, and therefore there's no background and no pinyin character in this comic.
