身 = 自 + 丿 : Mnemonic symbol: a bodysuit.

身 = 自 + 丿 : Sherlock Holmes tries on his new bodysuit in front of the encampment. To see himself better in his hand mirror, he uses a banana as a selfie stick.

罙 = ⺳ + 木 : This character looks like a ceiling (top part of ⺳) with a fume hood or the chimney itself below the ceiling (bottom part of ⺳), and below that you have the firewood burning. Sherlock Holmes (sh) arrives at the encampment ((e)n1) to find the pieces of a Christmas tree (木), which is an important piece of evidence in a murder case he has been working on, burning on a fire below the chimney of a kitchen range (罙). Using a butterfly net (⺳) he collects the hot ashes floating out of the chimney to preserve the evidence.

深 = 氵 + 冖 + 八 + 木 : In front of the encampment ((e)n1) an eight ball (八) has been fixed to the top of a Christmas tree (木), and on top of the eight ball a cooking top is balanced carefully so that it doesn't topple over. On the cooking top a lot of water bottles (氵) are standing so that everything is perfectly balanced. As Sherlock Holmes (sh) comes along he finds that this construction is very interesting, and he makes a profound (深) mistake with a deep (深) impact: as he takes down only one of the bottles the whole thing collapses and all the other bottles break as they fall on the ground. Soon, Sherlock Holmes is in deep (深) trouble as the water from the water bottles gets deeper and deeper (深).

深 = 氵 + 罙 : Sherlock Holmes (sh) finds a grease fire in front of the encampment ((e)n1). He wants to put it out, but he knows that you shouldn't directly pour water in a grease fire. Instead, to keep a distance from the fire, he pours bottled water (氵) through the top of the chimney above the kitchen range (罙). Soon, the kitchen range is submerged in deep (深) water.

申 = 丨 + 曰 : Sherlock Holmes uses a microphone and a dinosaur bone as pointer to explain the history of the encampment to the audience standing in front of it. He likes to present himself as an expert, but he's a faker: All his explanations come from his textbook.

兟 = 先 : Since the emperor is allowed to have multiple wives, there are two FLOTUS (先) now. Sherlock Holmes (sh) meets the two FLOTUS (先) in front of the encampment ((e)n1) and he is quite happy that they ask him to advance (兟) so that they can have a look at him.

伸 = 亻 + 申 : Sherlock Holmes (sh) is reading a yoga guide (申) to Rosa Luxemburg (亻) in front of the encampment ((e)n1) and tells her how she should stretch (伸). The only thing is that he doesn't understand a word and so Rosa stretches in really awkward ways.

绅 = 申 + 纟 : Sherlock Holmes (sh) wants to become a member of the gentry (绅) and is reading a style guide (申) in front of the encampment ((e)n1). Unfortunately he doesn't quite get the book and subsequently dresses himself with live silk worms (纟).
