痪 = 奂 + 疒 : Helga Horse (hu) took a medicine against her paralysis (痪) in the anthill's bathroom (an4). Although the medicine gave her a colorful rash (疒) at least she can move again, so she claps her hooves together and says "excellent" (奂).
