疆

疆 = 土 + 弓 + 畺 : Joan of Arc (ji) is upgrading her wire mesh fence (畺) in front of the anglepod (ang1). She uses clay (土) to fix composite bows (弓) on top of the fence so that anyone who tries to cross the border (疆) can be actively attacked.

土 = 十 + 一 : Tommy Turtle (tu) wants to fix a cross (十) on a flute (一) in the space station's living room (Ø3). He uses dust and clay (土) to hold them together.

Mnemonic symbol: a composite bow. Gitta Giraffe (gu) is shooting arrows with a composite bow (弓) in front of the engine ((e)ng1).

畺 = 三 + 田 + 田 : Mnemonic symbol: if you rotate the character by 90 degrees, it looks just like a wire mesh fence.

Joan of Arc (ji) planted two fields (田) of coordinate systems (三) in front of the anglepod (ang1). To protect her fields she puts a wire mesh fence (畺) around each of them.
