寒

寒 = 宀 + 井 + 一 + 八 + ⺀ : After the nuclear war the nuclear winter (寒) followed, and now the well (井) in the anthill's kitchen (an2) is frozen (寒). Hamlet (h) first puts a graduation cap (宀) over the well to protect it from radioactive fallout, then he breaks the ice by throwing a big eightball (八) into the well. Finally he is able to suck up some fresh water using a flute (一), although he discovers that under the ice beautiful blossoms (⺀) have grown.

Maud Younger (y) forgot her keys to the space station (Ø1), all she brought outside was her flute (一). She has no choice but to crash the door with the giant flute.

井 = 二 + 丿 + 丨 : Joan of Arc is digging a well inside engine. At first she was doing it by hand, but then she hooked up a capacitor to a banana and a dinosaur bone, which dig for her using the electrical energy.

宀 = 丶 + 冖 : Mnemonic symbol: the strokes of this character look like a graduation cap (宀). Marilyn Monroe (mi-) wants to go to the anthill after her graduation from university. In the anthill's kitchen (an2), her friends snatch away her graduation cap (宀), and instead put a cooking top (冖) and a petal leaf (丶) on her head.

⺀ = 丶 : Two petal leaves form a blossom, so let's represent ⺀ by a beautiful blossom.
